Does someone you know have trouble with reading and writing?

Many people with normal intelligence struggle to acquire the skills of reading, writing, and spelling. Some have trouble remembering what they see or hear. Some can't pronounce big words or understand complex material. But God intends for his people to be able to read, write, and understand.

Help for struggling readers of all ages

The Vineyard's Education Ministry offers individual instruction specifically designed to help students with dyslexia or other learning disabilities attain grade-level reading fluency and comprehension. From kindergarten intervention to adult literacy instruction, help is available from our specially-trained educational therapist.

Tutoring in specific subject

Sometimes difficulties in one subject can threaten to destroy a student’s entire school career. The Vineyard Education Ministry offers one-on-one tutoring for students to help them master that difficult subject and pass that difficult class.

Are you home schooling a struggling learner?

It can be frustrating and confusing to home school a student who just can’t seem to progress at a normal rate. If you need answers for a struggling homeschooler, the Vineyard Education Ministry offers testing for learning strengths and weaknesses, advice about best practices for helping struggling learners, and individual tutoring for students with learning disabilities.
