Street Team

We want to be a community that absolutely loves people the way God loves people. The vision of the Street Team is that we would simply touch people's lives with practical expressions of God's love. We want to reach out to those who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus with love and compassion. We do this by offering acts of service such as a free cup of coffee, hot chocolate, a bottle of water, cleaning their restrooms, pumping gas, or doing some yard work. We want to communicate that God's love is totally free—just like this cup of coffee or bottle of water—and has no strings attached. We spend time praying, talking, and building relationships with people as we reach out to them. We also invite them to events, services, and to the Fruit of the Vine.

We believe that small things done with great love will change the world. We practically and simply do this every week, giving away this great love of Jesus. We’ll do whatever it takes to show Jesus’ love.  We have four teams that go out each week on Wednesday at 4pm, Wednesday at 9pm, Thursday at 9 pm, and Saturday at 10:30 am. We meet at the church building and go out together for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
